These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pkrslo platform. By registering an account or accessing any pkrslo service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the provisions set out below.

Each individual may hold only one pkrslo account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited. Your account is personal and non-transferable under any circumstances.
pkrslo is strictly an adult platform. You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use any pkrslo service. Age verification is conducted and accounts belonging to minors are closed immediately.
All promotional bonuses are subject to clearly stated wagering requirements. Bonus terms are published at the time of offer and cannot be retroactively altered to the player's detriment.
Withdrawals are processed to verified payment methods only. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal. Funds are paid in PKR to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank accounts.
Collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting tools, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. Violations result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds held in the account.
pkrslo provides deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion tools. Using these tools is your right as a player and pkrslo is obligated to honour all responsible gaming requests promptly.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkrslo ("pkrslo", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pkrslo.net ("Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the pkrslo Platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be bound by it without reservation.
pkrslo operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence. All services offered on the Platform are subject to the conditions of that licence in addition to the terms set forth herein. Where there is a conflict between this Agreement and the conditions of the operating licence, the licence conditions shall take precedence.
If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting pkrslo support at the email address listed in the Contact section below.
21+ Only. The pkrslo Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. Use of the Platform by any person under this age is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the pkrslo Platform. pkrslo reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under 21, their account will be suspended immediately, all bets placed will be voided, and any deposits made will be returned after deducting any winnings derived from those deposits.
Each individual may register only one account on the Platform. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, IP address, or household — constitutes a breach of this Agreement. pkrslo reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to withhold balances pending investigation.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information — including a false name, date of birth, address, or payment details — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the pkrslo Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. pkrslo does not warrant that use of the Platform is legal in all locations. Players accessing the Platform from Prohibited Territories do so at their own risk and pkrslo accepts no liability in connection with such access.
pkrslo targets its services at English-speaking players in Pakistan. Registration, deposits, and support are all optimised for Pakistani players transacting in PKR using local payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. pkrslo will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pkrslo support immediately.
pkrslo offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of account security. While not mandatory, players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA. pkrslo shall not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.
If you access your pkrslo account from a shared or public device, you must ensure that you log out fully after each session. pkrslo implements automatic session timeouts as a precautionary measure, but these do not substitute for the Player's own responsibility to log out securely.
pkrslo accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkrslo does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. Minimum amounts may vary by payment method and are subject to change at pkrslo's discretion with reasonable prior notice to Players.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised account holder of the payment method used. pkrslo reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
If a deposit transaction fails or is reversed by your payment provider, pkrslo will reverse any corresponding credit to your account balance. Where a reversal results in a negative balance, you are required to make good the deficit before further play is permitted.
Before processing a withdrawal, pkrslo requires completion of KYC verification. This involves submission of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a CNIC or passport) and, where required, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. pkrslo aims to process KYC submissions within 48 to 72 hours of receipt of complete documentation.
Once KYC is approved and a withdrawal request is submitted, pkrslo aims to process withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 24 hours on business days. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take 2 to 5 business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times are subject to volume and may be extended during peak periods.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. pkrslo will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, regardless of the relationship between the account holder and the third party.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. pkrslo reserves the right to process large withdrawal amounts in instalments where operationally necessary, with the total amount paid in full within a reasonable timeframe.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money balances that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Please review the Bonuses & Promotions section for full details.
pkrslo offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and this Agreement, the offer-specific terms shall take precedence with respect to that specific promotion.
Unless otherwise specified in the offer terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times — the Wagering Requirement — before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type; slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Full contribution tables are available on the promotions page.
pkrslo monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive a bonus more than once; systematically placing low-risk bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent; exploiting errors or glitches in bonus systems. Where bonus abuse is identified, pkrslo reserves the right to remove the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account.
Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the validity period stated in the offer terms will expire automatically without compensation. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the account balance.
pkrslo reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion. Bets are accepted subject to the availability of the relevant market and the funds in your account at the time the bet is placed. A bet is confirmed only when you receive an explicit confirmation notification from the Platform. Bets placed but not confirmed — for example due to a connection interruption — are not binding on pkrslo.
In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, or system malfunctions — pkrslo reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. "Manifest error" means an error that is obvious and unambiguous to any reasonable person. pkrslo will not be liable for losses arising from a Player's decision to continue playing during a known malfunction.
Sports betting markets — including PSL, international cricket, football, UFC, and esports — are governed by pkrslo's Sport-Specific Rules, which are published on the Platform. In-play bets are accepted up to the point at which the relevant market is suspended. pkrslo's decisions on the settlement of sports bets are final where exercised in good faith.
Live casino games are provided by third-party studio operators whose game rules apply in addition to this Agreement. Slot games are governed by their published paytables and game rules. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators and are not influenced by pkrslo.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkrslo Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

All content on the pkrslo Platform — including but not limited to the pkrslo brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game content, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of pkrslo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any ownership interest or licence in any pkrslo intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, display, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written authorisation from pkrslo. Unauthorised use of pkrslo intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and other legal remedies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrslo's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
pkrslo shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; loss of profits or anticipated savings; loss of data; loss arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform; or losses arising from events beyond pkrslo's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, regulatory actions, or acts of God.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkrslo makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
pkrslo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail the categories of data collected, the purposes of processing, your data subject rights, and the retention periods applicable to your data.
pkrslo will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who process data on pkrslo's behalf under appropriate data processing agreements, and with regulatory and law enforcement authorities where required by law. pkrslo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, pkrslo will provide reasonable advance notice to Players via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must stop using the Platform before the effective date of the amendment and may request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance. Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of your rights or obligations — may take effect immediately without prior notice.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrslo holds its gaming licence. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to seek resolution through pkrslo's internal complaints procedure in the first instance.
To submit a complaint, contact pkrslo support at the email address below with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and a detailed description of the issue. pkrslo will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a final determination within 14 days. If you are dissatisfied with pkrslo's determination, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by the operating licence authority.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
